Nice find. I've been delivering the little 3x5 cards all over my route containing this info.

I'll be filing a claim myself as I purchased a rider and a walk behind with the specified period.

I went right to the on-line claim form, no problem. I don't have a dog in this hunt but my son-in-law will have 4 claims so that's why I sent it on to you all as well.

I think this whole thread is breaking FTE rules, but thats beside the point.

Hey, it's not political, sexual, or religious unless one thinks that lawnmowers are sexy. The point of the law suit is that the engine manufacturers falsely claimed HP numbers that didn't make the grade. So if you bought a mower that said it was a 10 HP motor, it actually was less than 8 HP. So, you should be compensated accordingly. It was a conspiracy among small engine makers.
