transmission price?
I am looking to get a rebuilt NP435 for my truck. Where has everyone gotten theirs and how much did you pay? I have been looking locally in phoenix but nobody seeems to have them and since my truck is my only source of transportation I can afford to take the time to have mine rebuilt. Thanks for the help. It is going in a 1975 f250 with a 390

New Process 435 (Rebuilt) Transmission ...If you have a weekend to spare i'd highly recommend saving $700 and rebuilding it yourself or with a friends help, it's really not that difficult.

I don't really have the tools or experience that I would feel comfortable rebuilding it myself and if I do something wrong it will cost twice as much to fix anyway and I will be out a vehicle for who knows how long. just replacing it would be worth the 700 to me.
