There should be 2-3 screws in the door panel and then either push pins or lift tabs. Pull out the door/window switches and if you have a lamp/reflector, pull it too. Also look behind the door handle for screws.
Once you have 2-3 screws removed, then try lifting the door panel up (parallel to the door). If it doesn't lift, then try prying a corner back just enough to look behind it.
