sct took a dump after update

for some reason after I was updating my x2 it will not work anymore

You reloaded the tunes to the SCT, I'm sure. Are you getting an error code? Can it read your strategy? Are your tunes in LL3 format?

will not power up? lights up no display? does not respond to button imput? do you have the option to reformat device? can you reinstall the old software or reload the updated software?

it fires up but when you plug it in the sct programs dont see it and when you plug it to the truck and hit tune it goes blank
