Really just reading what I could find on forums 1am on Sunday morning trying to troubleshoot why my truck is acting weird. Like I said, I was in a blizzard. The road in Norther Alberta, CA. is not frequently travelled and I was concerned she will die on me putting my life at real risk to the elements. Dropping a gear is what brought me to a comment you made on another post regarding the MLPS - the error was resolved when the guy followed your advice.

I did/do not know how the ABS sensor works and how the truck communicates all signals throughout, I work in construction, not the automotive field. I am handy and am more than comfortable working on my truck but I don't know what I don't know.

I bought an ABS sensor and will be replacing it today. I have not received any check engine light so I have not run my OBDII scanner to see if there is anything stored.

You are probably wasting money by changing parts without reading the codes.
