The top pic looks like you bent the extra clamp, so hopefully there's no issue there. As for the bottom one, I think the bar coming down from the drag link should be straight. If the rain slows a bit, I'll go out and take a look at mine. FYI, my rig is similar to yours, but long bed and it has no steering stabilizer, so you could go without one.
Like the guys said, the bar is supposed to look like that. Drive it for a while and see how it handles. If you're ok with the way it does, I wouldn't even bother replacing the stabilizer.
