got a piece of 4 inch exhaust from lordco with a 45 degree elbow in case i wanted to put a curve on... just used a piece of straight pipe i cut off of it.. was expensive.. like 40 bucks for the pipe.... no one has modified trucks in vancouver... very hard to find scrap 4 inch pipe.

Napa is great for some stuff, but you definitely have to be careful, or you'll be paying a lot more sometimes.
BTW, if you think it woke up now, wait until you put some tunes on it.
I did the mod as well yesterday to my pickup. I got redneck on mine and couldnt find any 4" pipe but had a 4" fitting on the box of my CAI so took the dremel tool and cut it out and took it to the buffing wheel knocked the welds down and voila. 6637 mod done and is freaking sweet need to order the cover now.
looks good...and also looks like you need to do the CCV and foil delete...the milky white goo in there is the blown back oil settle...just like letting bacon grease sit on the counter for an hour...

Yup. It's a mix of water from condensation and oil. As the weather warms up it will clear up to just oil again. I would reroute the CCV to atmosphere or a trap to clean that up.
