found 2 more problems. enough already!

bolt outta manifold


this one really sucks.. ive got some electrical tape around it for now... anyone know the part #?

not to mention the dragging brake i have and bad starter... everything is falling apart!!!

Not sure what the first is a picture of, but the 2nd needs to be fixed soon. No need to dust that turbo.. As for a part number, i can't help ya. someone will chime in with it.

Just bridge that red hose with some vaccuum line and a couple of clamps. Done.
That manifold could be serious, is the bolt snapped off or did it just work it's way out of there.
And the RUST

Oh i see now, its the exhaust manifold. But the 2nd picture, the intake tube is cracked pretty bad if i'm not mistaken, not the wastegate line.

the red hose is fine, its just grease on there.... its the crack on the turbo intake that worries me...
yep rusty truck... its lived in salt country its whole lift until i got it here to vancouver

check motor mounts, looks like a lot of movement cracking stuff!!! Put a good intake system on to rid of the intake crack.

engine mounts are fine. i dont think my manifold is leaking becasue there is no soot around it but?????

That intake boot gets hot and will harden and crack over time. Mine was cracked on the bottom. Dealer item for sure.

how do i remove the clamp coming off that part from the crank case

wheres layson located? dont want to do much driving with my problem. would be nice to call ford ahead of time and give them the part # to confirm they have it, it might need to get shipped in

bluescrew, he is in Oregon, im in Washington. I was having a turbo issue when he sent it to me. I still have it, supposed to give it back to him next weekend if he shows up for Live tuning.
