This website has the Work Shop Manual info on replacing cylinder heads. It also has info on removing the components to get to the heads (glow plugs, injectors, etc)
It's too bad Ford has gotten so backwards in there thinking. It just like all the places that used to let you look up parts and
get the Ford number. The parts search over at White Bear has become a big joke. Unless your looking for oil or aftermarket
things and that only seems to be the dress up stuff.
Call em and keep them on the phone for over an hour because i couldn’t find main engine harness Then maybe they’ll fix it. I love White Bear Lake but website ain’t what it used to be.

Right now I can look up anything about our Acura on a dealer’s site. Ford, I search forums for part numbers.
I don’t know if it’s purposeful ineptness so you are more likely to go to a local dealer, or just ineptness. They had a good system.
For the training manuals, I can’t fault them for blocking access to internal training documents. I have a few, they were developed for Ford affiliated personnel.
If you are talking about White Bear Lakes direct part site (https://parts.autonationfordwhitebearlake.com) it's still good and shows part numbers, the search by part number works, etc. If you are going through the "new and improved" Ford Parts site (https://www.fordparts.com) then that is a complete piece of sh... garbage.
The advantage in past going through the Ford Parts site for orders was shipping costs were supplemented and capped by Ford Parts at fix and very good rates. If you order from White Bear Lake directly they can't offer this and rightfully charge what it actually costs them.
It used to be reversed. I used to go to the Ford site and could look up things I could not find on ANWB, which I don’t find as complete. Ford Parts Giant seems to be better then the previous two, but again, some searches are now more limited, at least IMHO.
