Yeah it's definitely flipped. A few weeks ago I tried to order two injectors and the updated standpipe and dummy plug kit on FordParts.com. It took forever to find the parts even with the part numbers.Then it wouldn't let me complete the order because of the injectors. It seems you can't order anything for shipment through FordParts.com that has a core. I gave up and just ordered them directly thorough ANWB site. Paid more for shipping but at least I still had my sanity.

If you are talking about White Bear Lakes direct part site (https://parts.autonationfordwhitebearlake.com) it's still good and shows part numbers, the search by part number works, etc. If you are going through the "new and improved" Ford Parts site (https://www.fordparts.com) then that is a complete piece of sh... garbage.
The advantage in past going through the Ford Parts site for orders was shipping costs were supplemented and capped by Ford Parts at fix and very good rates. If you order from White Bear Lake directly they can't offer this and rightfully charge what it actually costs them.
