i have fuel leaking down the back of my motor draining out of the drip pan between the motor and tranny. trying to see if anyone has had this problem before that can lead me to the source. thanks.
Get on top of the engine and use a flashlight to look down in the valley. Look for pools of fuel. I would start by checking the cap on the fuel filter, then check all the lines coming from the fuel bowl to the heads. Oil/fuel from the top of the engine will drain down the back of the engine and run out of the TC inspection plate. Let us know what you find.
Welcome....Rick has ya going in the right direction...Check the fuel drain lever on the fuel bowl. There is too fat orings in there that are known to leak.
If the fuel lines to the heads or the o-rings in the fuel drain valve are not leaking, also check where the fuel supply and return lines enter the fuel bowl on the drivers side of the fuel bowl.
I had a similar leak with the fuel collecting in the valley and draining out the back of the engine and it turned out to be a small hole in the fuel supply line about 1" from the fuel bowl.
