fuel leak

fuel leak

I have diesel fuel leaking at the front and back of the motor on my 1999 7.3 Powerstroke. Any guesses?

fuel leak

I have the same problem as you with my '99. Did you find a solution?

check your water drain valve. check the line on the right head as it is prone to crack. check all the orings on the lines as well as the housing.

Fuel leak

Thanks for the quick reply. As it turns out, it was the two little o-rings inside the housing secured by the 4 little torx screws. I guess these get flattened after all of the miles.
Quick fix & cheap!!
