stripping paint

Hey guys I'm in a time crunch and was wondering what's the quickest way to strip paint I only have a weekend to finish. My da I always use is gonna be to slow for me thanx in advanced

The only quick way is media blast. Everything else takes time. Aircraft stripper and a power washer probably would next fastest.

Thank u for ur reply I've never used a chemical stripper before heard they are nice n quick are they all the same?

I'm with gfw1985, media blast is the best way takes of everything so you can see if you have any rust or old bondo repair.

Thanks for the help guys I agree media blast is best but here in my area no one does it and I only have a small blaster n it would take a week to strip.

I use these and love them.

3M - Abrasive 24241 Bristle Disc

They thread onto a normal body grinder and DO NOT damage the metal, provided you keep the grinder moving take your time. It takes about 5 of them to strip an average-sized car and you can easily do it in one weekend. Just wear a dust mask and wear eye protection to keep the dust out of your eyes and you're set.
