Ok, so many not the right spot, but here it goes
I painted my wagon 2 years ago, B\C
No I have surface rust, so I am "pissed" thinking I need to strip
the whole car, but I stripped the paint off the cowl and it seems there
is no rust on the metal. So can clear coat rust?
I used a chemical paint stripper.
Also the Top of the clear was very durty like it had been ground in.
the car has been outside... should I have cleaned the Clear then
was it.. I guess I should have...
