hey everyone i have a 99 f250 with the 5.4 and i wanted to make it sound aggressive, but im not sure so if i leave the stock pipes but change the mufflers to a performance muffler would it make it sound the way i want and if so any advice for good cheap mufflers. thanks

 

A glass pack muffler is usually pretty cheap. It will make your truck louder and meaner sounding, but some do not like the raspy tone.

 

Glass packs are really loud, try turbos for middle ground and better performance.
