I shimmed my FPR this weekend and all went well and now running 72psi. Since then I have driven my 96 cc, 4x4 twice and noticed the vaccum is gone from the brake pedal before start up. In other words, my pedal is hard as rock until the truck starts and makes vacuum. Could I have knocked off a hose when I was working on the FPR?

That sounds perfectly normal. The booster won't hold vacuum indefinitely.
I have had the truck since mid December and this is the first time it has started doing this. With in a few hours the vacuum bleeds off. The truck sits for a week at time, driven on weekends mostly. I will keep an I on it and look at the lines this weekend. It is supposed to be 50* this Saturday...thank God.
