I wouldn't know who to contact. I always thought you guys ( Chap. Ldrs. ) were managers of a sort. Not the BIG, big shots, sort of what they call middle level managers I guess.
I can pass along your frustration...but I believe that they're aware of it and working on it...then again, one never knows...
Didn't mean to insult anybody by calling them a " suit " or anything, I've met a few managers ( current manager included ) who were actually pretty decent people & others who were complete @55holes.
There's a few over in the KS chapter too...it happens, and I'm sure that they're working on it, but just in case, I sent a love note to our moderator...

I'm sure he'll be thrilled to hear from you . On a side note, did you find the bar code on the infamous, ever elusive, highly sought after FORD jammies? Think Wally World's ignoring me. Got a computer reply to my original message & replied to it. Waited about a week & nothing. Sent them another message with a copy of their computer reply & still haven't heard anything. I know they were asking about that bar code.
Just fired off yet ANOTHER message to Wally World on their " contact us " page under the " message for corporate " section. Told them I just got the Sara Max info. NOT holding my breath waiting for a real person to answer.
