Rob wish you & your wife the best in both the baby & your job situation. Being jobless isn't much fun. In these times it is even worse. But something will come along. Special Ed teachers are in demand it appears, doesn't pay very good. Vici has four interviews in two weeks we sure are praying that one proves to be a job so we can move back to Arizona. Parker is our first choice. the principal emailed Vici on her Spring Break & asked her to call this Monday because they have an opening. The principal interviewed Vici last year but the opening never happened & Vici wasn't finished with her Masters. So we are thinking positive.

Good morning Bill.
Suppose to be nice today here. Cold start though. A man that was my mentor & who believed in me when even my own parents didn't passed away & his funeral is in Hawthorne this morning & Vici & I are going. " Rest In Peace Jeff ". He owned a local gas station & I worked for him from the age of 13 until I graduated from High School. He was more a father to me than my own father. He started me on the path to an automotive career. He was a wonderful gentle but firm man. A lover of people & the great outdoors. He died at 96 years old.

Thanks Bart. Jeff was one of two men that had the greatest impact on my life as a boy. The other was my shop teacher in High school. It was a nice funeral as funerals go. It was a celebration of his life. It was great to see his two sons, & daughter. The daughter & I went to school together & have had contact over the years.
Saw lots of old school friends & some parents of kids I grew up with. Over all it was a nice trip. I can only wish to have a life as long & remembered as Jeff. He was a gentle but firm man with a deep spiritual belief, who was always kind to everybody & never spoke a bad word about anyone.
