looks really good, but be aware of frame twist offroad and 5/8" clearance.. just something to think about if you value that electric fan.

Hungover today!! Got a little done on the rear. No pics. Buddy showed up and I ended up installing a body lift on his 4runner. What a pain compared to my truck.
As far as frame flex and the fan not worried too much I'll figure it out when I get there.

Did you put headlights in it as off-road lights? lol.

Looks good though. Good work on the bumpers.

The lights are small, really not a headlight. They are only about 3x4 1/2. I didnt want anything to big and bulky just for the cleaner look. I have pia round fog lights behind grill on my old rad support and I'm debating if I'll install those on my new clip. May be a bit much??
As far as the rear goes I'm debating if i want to justt mount the fairlead to where the plate would usually mount in the middle then jus mount plate to one side recessed in of course about 5/8-3/4". It may look funny with the lights in the bumper though. Lights will be the same in the rear as front I bought all 4 already. They will be wired into reverse switch and also a override switch to manually put on whenever, on a custom gauge panel i have in mind
something kinda like this but in a little different order of gauges. I have all the gauges in that same style and I will mount my front and rear winch controls on the top just like in pic..

Switches seem like a weird spot though. Behind the steering wheel doesn't seem easy to access.

But hey man, the more lights the better IMO. Its kind of fun to light everything up when you're wheeling at night. I did have a spotlight on my Ford but I removed it til I can get a new bulb. I had the area looking like daylight with lights in all directions lol.

Yeah I'll likely mount my two winch switches on the bottom right corner. My other switches will be on a switch panel somewhere else.

looking at this again I'm going to recess the fairled back a couple inches..o and those cable clamps have gotta go! I'll be changing that for a crimped end. Those clamps will be nice just to keep with me incase I need a trail repair.

Make sure you have a hammer and a cable cutter. Then you can just tie in an eye if you break some cable and it'll be good to go with those clamps.

nice, but i thought you were goin to run a flip down liscense plate? or is it just going to stick out off the bumper a tad bit. cause that would be sweet to have a hiddenwinch. and also why run to winches, why not just run wire to the back and the front with a swtich to decided which set your running the power to and have quick connections, and reese hitch setup?

For ultimate recovery!! This winter I did a lot of wheeling in the snow. I wheeled with a bunch of guys on one trip who were all open diff front and rear. We made it up every snow covered, icy hill with me pulling everyone up everything. What I did was when I got to the top of the hill(usually unassisted with a winch) I'd tow everyone up with my rear winch but I had to use my front winch lined out about 50 feet further ahead around a stump to anchor myself so when I was pulling I wouldnt just slide back making it useless! I've used my rear winch way more than my front so far.
Heres another situation on the same day.
The guy ahead of me slid off the trail straight back on a shear ice section pinning his rear bumper againts a tree. There was no way in hell he could go forward and reverse was out of the question unless we had a saw(which we didnt this occasion). Basically what we had to do was run my front winch cable about 90' up this ice road so I could winch ahead of him about 30 feet. With my front still anchored on the winch line I pulled him ahead on with the rear winch forward enough untill i could then lower him slowly back down this time on the trail. This ice was 3 inches thick and clear on a hill it was nasty!!
I then lowered myself back to the bottom of the hill
Just for fun I had to attempt the long hill climb so I came in hot and battled it to the very top while everyone watched from below. I made it with a little spinning but otherwise kicked its ***.
The sketchy part was coming back down. I walked to the bottom first told everyone to get their trucks out of there and watch out. I strapped my 5 point harness on and creeped down sliding sideways a couple times but made it ok. After that we went around down another trail haha.
Does that answer your question on dual winches???

O and as for the plate flipping up I changed my mind. Problem with that is I would have to notch a hole in the bottom corner so the cable could be out with plate down or have the cable under the plate with the plate sitting on top the cable. Other option was to leave cable behind plate to hide it then pull it through the front when needed. I decided to have it funtional and ready to go at all times! Plate will be either on back of slider window or tailgate havnt decided yet. not really enough room on bumper itself to mount unless I can get a mini plate which would look cool.
