Power locks, suggestions?

Power locks, suggestions?
The power locks on my 2000 F250 are not totally dead, I can hear them doing something, but they dont unlock or lock. I thought they just needed some lube, but no luck. I guess its time for new ones. Any suggestions on inexpensive sources? Any pointers on doing the job, or any special tools needed?

I need to fix the locks on my Ex, there are threads that explain the process. You can open the actuator by drilling out a rivet, bypass the resistor with a solid piece of wire, and reassemble with a screw in place of the rivet. This is a simplified explination but this is what I understand is the cheap fix.

If you are in fact hearing the actuators trying to lock/unlock, I can be almost 100% certain this will do the trick. First one took a lot of fumbling trying to figure out how to get the actuator out. But once you do one, the rest are much easier.
Definitely worth the effort.
