Did it to my 85 F350. Not a problem. Door locks were cheap after market that are still working well 6 years later. Window lifts and motors from bone yard and bolt right in. Wireing, well I did a custom hookup with marine switches built into my custom oak center console. The caution here is to make good solid connections at all locations. Switch wireing can get confusing but find a good household electriction that understands three way switches.

I added power windows and door locks to my '03 SuperCab over the Xmas Holidays. I used the Electric Life power window kit, and switch kit and the MES door lock kit. I purchased all from a1 Electric, www.a1electric.com Mechanical installation was straight forward and went pretty quickly. The wiring was a pain - trying to run the wires and get them tucked up out of the way took way longer than I thought. All in all it turned out great. Everything worked as advertised. Windows go up and down pretty fast.
