Door locks

I have a 2003 f350 crew cab. The power door locks work fine when I hit the lock/unlock button on the door or keyless entry. The issue I am having is that the rear doors do not automatically unlock like the front doors do when the vehicle is placed in park. The child door locks are unlocked. Any suggestions or is this just a quirky feature?

I don't think any of mine unlock when I put mine in park.

All fords are that way (with 4 doors) you have to hit the unlock button
