That is frustrating, sorry to read about that. I love bonehead excuses - the Excursion is practically the size of a school bus for crying out loud. Make sure your kids are nowhere near her when she is driving, because if she can't see the Ex... Wow

We also have friends with Excursions-we all jokingly refer to them as "the bus"....

After they screwed so many people out of money after Katrina here in Mississippi, the insurance commish put the screws to them and now they will not write home insurance for the whole state. lol
Many people that I know dropped them after that even on auto insurance.
Hold it! I resemble that remark. You left out Louisiana. My F150 was up to the headlights in water, tractor and home totally flooded.
Lets not cover homeowners and the 300% increase + having to pay the louisiana subsidy.

Here's something they don't advertise a lot. State Farm and Allstate dropped the homeowner's policy on everyone east of Interstate 95 in NC, SC and FL that did not have there auto policy with them as well. All because of the payouts they had to make after Katrina. On top of that, ALL Insurance Co.'s stopped selling Wind/Hail coverage in SC east of US Hwy 17 due to the state "Wind Pool", thereby forcing us to buy our Wind/Hail coverage from the state. Boy, you want to talk about fun? Shopping for insurance after that was FUN! From what I was told (maybe someone in can confirm/deny) this was all because of a consumer protection law in MS and AL that will not allow an insurance company to drop you if you have always made your premium payments on time.
I believe it, new rear cladding painted....probably have to put whole rear panel that wraps around back as it looks punctured. Bumper seems to be in need of new brackets as it looks tweaked, if not damaged cant tell by pics...I can tell you a bumper alone will be 350-500 to remove all, repaint and reinstall (just quoted) Its about $1000 for the rear panel to be replaces plus paining it.....it doesnt sound to unreasonable. It doesnt look like it but make sure the tire wasnt hit or the suspension tweaked, or she'll dog track like crazy.
