Code P0279? Hard cold start.

Well I did find some joints that were suspect so I reflowed them.
Installed the FICM and the truck would still not start and sounded REALLY BAD when it tryed...
So I called a wrecker and had it towed to my Ford Dealership..
So here goes a few grand
