Remove wire from starter

Is it possible to disconnect and replace the wire that run from the fender solenoid to the starter (remove at the starter) with the starter bolted in the truck. I don't know if I can get my old fingers in a tight spot like that anymore.

Disconnect the batteries, then you should be able to use a 1/4" drive rachet and get the nut off.
