Man I wish I could be satisfied with pictures of trucks instead of actually owning them, you could save me A LOT of money 87 crewdually.
Boy don't I know it. This fascination with photo chopping started when my friend wondered what his 93 Yota would look like as an extra cab with a chopped and bobbed bed, so i showed him. Can't find it now though.
No no no.
That's ugly right there, I don't care who you are, that's ugly right there.
I guess beauty is in the eye of the beholder
I have a '95 Dodge crew cab, many people know it is custom made but A LOT of people stare at it trying/wondering why it doesn't look right.
Everyone is so used to seeing CrewCabs it takes them a while to realize they are looking at something they have never seen before.
I've seen pictures of a lot of "custom cabbed" trucks but there is a guy in Central Oregon that has a six-door Ford and it really sticks out in a crowd.
Ok guys this bed is 6' 11 to the inside of the tailgate. So this is not a longbed, but wasn't a standard shortbed 6', if so what the devil do I have did the crews have a different bed.
Kind of weird though, just an inch shy of 7'. Never heard of that size box before. I did see some but didn't know they were 6'11" one thing is for sure there not longbed just by looking at it.
I know some Chevy's back in the 70's had 9' boxes.
LOL It followed the supercab every time I turned is all I can tell you. In the 70's fords turning radius was tighter than chevys, I suppose the crews were no different.
I think since it has a weird size bed on it I will just have crew turn it into the six door.lol
I like it. I actually put a couple grand down on a 6 door stroke a few years ago but got busy and never went and picked it up.lol One of my better ways of throwing money away.
LOL I did that too already. A few years ago I bought a dually welding rig with a miller big40 on it off ebay. The next day I got a call to be on a job in utah and had no internet service, so I lost contact and the truck. lol
