If you do any towing its well worth it, especially if you have a chip and/or injector upgrade. Dont buy a banks kit unless you want to drop 1500 bucks. Do a search on here and find a lot of threads on diy intercoolers. Mine's off of a 04 6.0. Did my hole setup for under 400 bucks.

Where did you get the part # to order it from Banks? Did it come with the spyder?
I am wanting to get the Banks kit and do the 6.0 intercooler any help would be great on the Banks kit.

I have a friend who has the whole set up you will need from an 02 super duty if you are interested, everything from the y-pipe to the intercooler boots, he is asking $450 for everything. pm me if you are interested and I will give you his number,
