TS Performance chip install ?!?

TS Performance chip install ?!?
I have a 2000 F250 and I just installed the 6 position chip from TS Performance. The truck starts and runs in every position at an idle. When I put the truck in gear, the engine shuts off. The engine only shuts off when the chip is not in the stock or high idle position. I have an auto trans. The chip's packaging has the same computer code as my truck. Did I get a chip for a manual instead?

I bought the chip new from Thoroughbreddiesel.com. I will call them tomorrow because they don't have office hours on Sundays. I cleaned the terminals very well and from what I have read, the truck shouldn't run if the terminals were not cleaned properly. I appreciate your time helping.

Good to know they take care of ya. This has been pretty frustrating. I just changed the oil pan gasket and found someone before me had really screwed up the bottom of the block prying and scratching it all up. I'm used to nothing working the first time I buy something, but I never have issues with electronics. Oh well, I will call the vendor tomorrow.
