Doesn't it let a lot of fumes up into the cab though? or do you have a way to switch it were it drops out the side?

i just took a piece of flat steel and cut a hole in it then welded a piece of pipe to each side on with the diameter of the factory exhaust so i can slide the flex-pipe between it and the actual exhaust pipe and ran that through the bed and on the other side i welded a piece the size of the inside of the stack and then welded the stack to that so it has support other than just the thin wall of the pipe and then i put 4 bolts through the bed to mount the plate.so to remove the stack i take one exhaust clamp loose and 4 bolts and the whole deal slide right outta the bed.it takes less than 5 min. i did it this way in hopes of putting a camper on it soon

when i remove the stack i have a piece of exhaust that i clamp on that routes it out the side of the bed so it is still legal

Ahh now I get it. I like that idea, let her breath as much as possible when you can but switch over when you need the bed.
