Need advice on gauges

I have just ordered my overhead console with a integrated 3 gauge set up. I already have Trans Temp, Pyro and Boost on my A pillar pod. For the overhead I was thinking Electronic fuel pressure, Oil temp - Not sure on the 3rd. Any ideas.
Also where does the probe/sensor go for the fuel pressure and Oil temp. ??

Fuel pressure, oil temp, HPOP pressure would be my preference. I can't recall off the top of my head where to tie into for fuel pressure and oil temp... where is CSIPSD when we need him?

HPOP pressure...

Fuel pressure goes in one of the ports on the fuel bowl (I suggest the one closest to the lines going to the heads), oil temp is best teed off the where the stock EOT sensor is in the HPOP reservoir. Alternatively, check out the Scan Gauge option. It will read EOT, HPOP pressure, and a whole lot of other stuff from the PCM. Then you could add a dedicated fuel pressure gauge. Then you can pic up a third of your choice.

Where do you hook up the oil pressure gauge. Also I have a mechanical fuel pressure guage hooked up the the fuel bowl under the hood. I want the electronic fuel pressure for inside the cab.
What size, thread type adaptor do I need to tap into the EOT. ?
