Remember that my home is over 100 years old. Brick top coat (about 24 inches) on top of a stone foundation; it leaks from everywhere. I have been slowly but surely re-pointing and top coating the stone, and then sealing with Drylock. The process seems to work well, I just don't have the time nor ambition to do it all at once. It's probably about 1/3 done at this point, but I am considering bringing someone in to finish the concrete work just to get it taken care of.
