I remember, that was being discussed before the sale of the station.

I recall that they were considering retaining the on site engineering staff but the personnel would become employees of some engineering firm under contract to the station. They also were considering disbanding the station's engineering dept. altogether and then relying on the centralized corporate engineering dept. to serve the station's needs from off site.

A lot of the large projects are engineered by Protopower. We still maintain a sizeable engineering group. System engineers and such.

talk about a let down, i think i got an inch of snow, why the heck did DC, tennese, N carolina, Jamaica, ect, all get like 3 ft??

yeah Vermont is bare and Texas and Louisiana gets 6" - 8" of snow today!
