And I didnt mean for the title to blame DP in any way. I figured it was my fault in not cleaning properly, beacuse it says 95% of problems with them is related to that. I chose to buy one because they are one of the best companies on the market for tuners and wouldnt want to hurt that reputaion. I didnt realize it would cause everyone to throw a fit.

You've just become collateral damage of the tooner wars.
You could check you battery voltage with a DMV if you have one, or you could turn you headlights on and try to blow the horn. If you batteries are as weak as they sound, it should kill the lights and not blow the horn. One more thing, are you sure you got the firewall plug seated good and pulled up tight? Like Joe, I never disconnect the batteries when messing with my chip, although it's not going to hurt by doing so.
I live in Crawfordsville. About an hour west of Indy...

Off topic? Maybe a little, but this is what FTE is all about!

What did you try jumping with? Most rigs won't provide enough amps across cables to be much good in jump starting, charging the batteries is best. Do you have any way to check battery voltage?
You might want to have a good look under the dash and make sure you didn't knock a wire loose on something else. I don't even know where to tell you to look, maybe the Throttle Position Sensor? one of the wires coming down the steering column? But you need to know your battery status first. Like I said earlier, a dead battery usually won't blow the horn and run the lights.
I just went out to test the light-horn test and it worked so I tried to start it and it fired right up! I had the charger on for about an hour. Thanks everybody so much!!!
