2008 F250 Tailgate Question
I want to swap out my tailgate for one without the step option. Anyone have a good source for a black tailgate in excellent condition?
I assume if I find one I can swap out the locks so my key will still work with the new gate.
Is a tailgate with a step more desirable than one without?

I thought I listed where I lived, but I didn't.
I am just North of Indianapolis
I like the idea of the step, but sliding stuff in and out of the bed I would rather have the flat tailgate.

Black tailgate with step?
Do you still have this tailgate? I am looking for a black one with step. Just bought a truck with a black one without a step. Would be willing to trade. Do you have pictures? I also work for a company that hauls freight and could ship them for free. Let me know if your interested and we can exchange info and pictures. Thanks!

My new truck didn't have that option on it when I bought it, but it would have been nice to have. I put one of these on instead and it works great.
