Tailgate

Will a 2008 or higher tailgate fit on a 2005? looking to get the step tailgate after I install my lift.

08 front end

Has anyone tried to change out a 2008 front end on a 2007 and lower f250? Could be a cool mod to update the looks of the truck without getting a new truck..

tailgate fits with only 1 extra peice needed.

several members here have done it already.. my truck being one of them..

search for 08 tailgate threads.. theres a few of em by now..

as for getting 08 sheetmetal onto older trucks thats WAYYYY more work.. the entire front clip is different including the rad support and the frame rail ends..

The tailgate swap isnt a bad or hard deal and looks great! Check the post below for instructions and how to for the install. Then just buy some 08-up tail lights (bolt right up) and give your tail section a new look.
As for the front, just as stated, you have to replace the entire front end just about to get it.
