By the manuel. Its not hard to change on your own if you have some mechanical skill and tools.

 

Nope, not hard to change at all. Just be aware that you will need a heavy duty coil spring compressor to accomplish this job. And the lower bolt/nut must be torqued to something like 350 ft-lbs (going from memory, so this might be off a bit).
