You didn't put new shocks on when you leveled it? Did you buy the truck used/leveled? If you have the Readylift leveling kit, there should be shock extentions so that the OEM shocks will work. If not, then you'll probably need longer shocks. Check different sites on line and look for shocks that are advertized as "for lifted/leveled" trucks. Bilstein and Rancho's are both popular and good shocks. I'm sure there are others too.
i leveled the truck- no shock spacers or longer shocks........
i dont have an fx4 truck- just lariat- so rancho would be improvement over the stock black shocks and bilsteins ould be better? wow money!!!!
I have the RS 9000XLs on my 2017 F450. I was planning on ordering another set for my 2020 F450. Will they work on the 20s? I see no changes that would suggest they won't work.
I have seen (nor heard) there is a change in the mounts on the 2020.
So sames as 2019

To answer your question Rancho. They weren't the 5000's. They were 2 grades up as I recall, but not adjustable.
Denny (They were on my f250 SD 4x4 white/orange boots) 8-10 years ago. I Put Bilstiens in to replace them and was surprised at the difference. Unloaded.
2 grades up are the RS9000XL shock, the adjustable one.
The "middle" shock is our RS7000MT monotube shock, nitrogen gas charged like a Bilstein.
Weird. (Unless it was a LONG time ago the RSX)

Can't recall Matt but they were not adjustable and they weren't 5000's for sure.
Not beating up Rancho, just saying I had the preference.
Denny (8-10 years) That's my experience and both sources have come a long way.
I had 5000 series on my 98 dually one ton prior to that and they were great on road, but if I didn't have a full load of oak in the bed, it was a buckboard on uneven terrain.
