I am currently trying to change the ICP sensor and as all the rest i have been reading it looks to be the problem. But on my 03 F350 4x4 6.0 Diesel is this sensor on the back of motor, next to firewall? I FINALLY got the turbo off and I think i found it but its still behind a load of crap and I wanna make sure its it before I do anymore removing things. thanks.
I purchased a 1 1/16 deep 3/8 drive socket. Got the new icp sensor and cut the socket down to size. Used a 3/8 swivel and a 6" extension. It still was a job to get it out from the top. I tried from under but my arms were to short to reach up there. I guess the best way is on a lift is available. I also removed the FICM for more room to work.. Good Luck

Reason: Typo
yes they did and thanks. I got the ICP changed and how i got a new problem. The Idleing bad and all stopped so i know that fixed that problem, now to the new one.
I think the Clamp that hooks the exhaust up to the turbo (the intake exhaust not the exhaust out to the muffler) and i can hear something blow air once the little selonoid valve opens on the turbo calling to recirculate the air back through (think its called a dump valve not sure though) Anyways when i drive it theres no power at high RPM's like it should have. Plus i can hold the pedal to the floor and it won't rev above about 2700 RPM it starts sputtering. I guess what i am trying to ask is will this loose clamp cause that. If so would it be benificial to go to dealership and get a new metal clamp?
