If you can measure the original and get the dimensions any good graphics shop should be able to reproduce them. The odds of a NOS stripe kit being in good enough shape to use is very remote. They only had a shelf life of a few years, then they started to shrink, and distort in the box.
Better to have them reproduced at a graphics shop, or painted on.
