My wife found a way to post a link. Just click on this link and download the pattern. It can be printed on any 36 or 48 inch plotter.
2 suggestions
1) Be sure to use a material you can bend or make some way to bend it. I used FRP, and I had to heat the back pillar pieces, and the large headliner piece to get them to bend without breaking.
2) The pattern has holes, but I recommend you fit and drill to fit your truck. I had some holes not quite line up.
I Used FRP, (Fiber Reinforced Panel) available at any home supply store like Lowes or Home Depot.
OldYeller - I have a copy, and I emailed it to you. Youll need to print on 36" wide plotter paper. The holes are pretty much right on, but double check.
I'm looking for a headliner pattern. I did a search, and saw that gangstakr had patterns. I was hoping they are still available, I'd like to buy the patterns to make a set for my truck. And I was hoping for some tips on materials, etc. What's a good material to make them from, and has anyone covered them in vinyl or any other material? Has anyone ever make a metal set and painted them? Thanks guys!
PM me, I have pdf files of headliner patterns with measurements sent to me by another member.
