My wife found a way to post a link. Just click on this link and download the pattern. It can be printed on any 36 or 48 inch plotter.
2 suggestions
1) Be sure to use a material you can bend or make some way to bend it. I used FRP, and I had to heat the back pillar pieces, and the large headliner piece to get them to bend without breaking.
2) The pattern has holes, but I recommend you fit and drill to fit your truck. I had some holes not quite line up.
I Used FRP, (Fiber Reinforced Panel) available at any home supply store like Lowes or Home Depot.
Good Luck!! Hope this helps.
File is linked below. This one didn't work right.

Thanks Broom, this should be considered the Holy Grail of completing the interior on our slicks, appreciate the effort and I'll be printing my copy Monday Morning!
Do you know what sized paper this file is set up to work with? Usually that information is usually imbedded in the pdf file and prompts you when you try and print without any scaling and is crucial to the file printing in the correct scale and size, this file seems to be defaulting to 8 1/2" x 11" which I know is not correct. Let me know if there is something that I'm not getting right or another trick I need to use.
Great! Does anyone know where to get panels with the gray specular pattern printed on them to cut out from? LMC has headliner but for 179 bucks and these drawings i think i can do better.
