Headliner pattern
Ok, I've traced my brand new broken headliner pieces onto some have brown paper. I've marked the notches for the clips and marked the faceside of the pattern. All you need to do is trim the pattern out with a pair of scissors and affix it to your black plastic headliner material or whatever material you choose to use. I've also got a copy of the original installation instructions to show the steps to take to put it in after you get ready to install it. You will need to allow for the material you are using to cover it with. I trimmed mine about 1/8" all the way around. I can fold this up and place it in a large envelope for mailing. Send me your email address and we can set something up and get one mailed to you. Mine turned out great.
I think I've done this once already, but I'll try it again. I have made a pattern using my brand new broken headliner pieces. I've traced it onto some heavy brown paper and marked the notches for the clips. It will need to be trimmed out and placed onto whatever material you choose to use. If you trim it on the ink line it will be a net trim to the original. You will still need to allow enough setback for whatever material you use to cover the headliner with. I've marked the face side of the pattern also. The pattern can be folded and placed into a large envelope for shipping. I've also got a copy of the original installation instructions in case you want it. I need some contact info. so I can get it mailed to you. I think you will find that this is really pretty simple. Mine looks really nice.

With summer coming on may want to check for auto shows in your area, usually find a few Ford part suppliers; headliners, etc., make the circuit. It's been 2-3 yrs since last attended, seem to recall Eastwood, large size sections of headliner board, etc. who occasionally attended the events. Thru the summer months the Goodguys, Rod and Custom show put on a 3 day events throughout the States, believe most recent was this weekend, or next in Idaho, can go to their website where schedule is posted. In the past, I would call about available spaces and if they were a few them I would attend. I prefer the open used items section, I have found some extremely hard to find items for 64 GTO, if into selling items don't believe the cost for a both is that expensive. There's a few of the Por 15 products I like and able to stock up at these events. Anyhow, food for thought, may be able to save a few bucks for shipping, or sell some of the extra parts.
Mule, shoot me an email at corwinbos@gmail.com. Im definitely interested in a headliner pattern as well.
