If you're talking about the toilet tank float deal, I was wondering the same thing. I have something that looks like a coffee can on the driver's side. I thought it was emissions stuff.

The coffeee can on drivers side is vacumn for the cruise.
I assume the plastic one on the passenger side is for the heater controls.
