thats correct about 35 years ago a kid at an area tech school had an 56 chevy pickup and decided to do a 6000 rpm side step on the clutch it sheared the crankshaft bolts and the input shaft
the flywheel sawed through the cab , the dash and out through the windsheild
he was lucky as the path it took was toward the pasemger side of the truck

Yea the one that I saw was a built 327 a mechanic owned after work one night with a little alchohol involved, him and a coworker decided to pull his against a stock ford. the ford won and he was lucky it just tore him up and didn't kill him. The funny thing was him and my cousin had a little arguement earlier in the day and he thought my cousin had throwed a stick of dynomite in with him. My cousin was the powder monkey.
