This is pretty similar if you have an iphone or ipod touch . . . DevToaster - Rev - iPhone app development, Great iPhone apps, and more I've thought about getting it but I kind of prefer to save the $190 and put it towards the purchase of an exhaust or x3 tuner. It looks bad @$$ though.
I have the 1490T but I guess I have to get the harness adaptor. I like when I shut my 1490 off that it shows my average miles I went and ,with the vehicle info I put in, shows my MPG + more.
I just looked it up, the adaptor is $150. I had the 750 but it croaked so Best Buy upgraded my unit to the 1490T with no OOP expenses other than buying a new ext warranty. I would love to have it but doubt I will get it anytime soon.
I'd be weary. My Excursion doesn't work with my OBD2 sensor because it's not a top end one and not vehicle specific. I had a nuvi 200w but gave it away when i got my pioneer. Still I can pick one up for cheap if it's for a cause like this and it works. If anyone does it please post your results.

If you want to buy the patch cord and send it to me I will try it out for you. Then if it does work as they say, I will send it back to you and you can go out and drop another $400-$500 on a 1490T. I love it's lifetime traffic updates and it's super large screen.
