Parking brake problems

Thanks guys.
I have to admit, I'm only seen one that anything like it, and it was in a 1982 freeway car. This one seems like it was contoured to the firewall and bottom of the dash on the 67 I pulled it from, it fit it perfectly. I didn't see any holes in the firewall for the standard parking brake petal, so maybe it was factory?
