09 F150 Drivers side window problems

Today I rolled down my window to go through a drive through. Problem was it wouldn't roll back up. After about 5 minutes of turning the engine off/on, opening/shutting the door, and pushing the window switch up/down, it finally went up about an inch....then a few minutes later it went up another few inches. i finally got it all the way up and drove home. Now it seems to work fine, but I don't want this to happen when its raining and I'm at a drive thru. I guess I'll take it into the dealership, but I'm afraid if they can not replicate the problem, they'll just give it back to me. anyone else had any experience like this with your 2009? Mine is an XLT.

I had a similar problem the other day driving down the highway. I rolled the front 2 windows down briefly and then couldnt roll them up. I waited about 2-3 minutes and then they rolled up just fine.

had the same problem on my 2000 years ago... ended up being the actual switch in the door. Someone had spilled soda or rain water had gotten into the switch itself and it was intermittently shorting out. dealer replaced under warranty.
