You will have to be more descriptive. Are there any upgrades, mods, etc on your truck? Is it coming from your engine compartment? Your exhaust perhaps? I have 4 in exhaust and I have a harmonic vibration tinny noise at idle. Give us more info and someone will figure it out. Welcome to FTE
I had the FORD techs replace a piston sensor that went out @ 84 K..sharp pingging sound comming from , near, the valve cover ..driving me nuts...runs normal..idles smooth except for the noise!
OP, when did you change your fuel filter last? If the injectors aren't getting all the fuel they want, you'll get a distinctive "clink, clak" from them. Does the sound change any after the engine is up to operating temperature? X2 on the torque recommendation though.

Did changing that sensor fix the problem? If it did, what's the part number of that thing? Even if it didn't, what's the part number, so we know what they did.
