Cold start TSB'S

Cold start TSB'S
Is there any cold start TSB's out for us guys that live in the cold climates (Alberta). I was having trouble starting my 07, 54000 kms, 5 -6 weeks back @ -8C. I booked my truck into the dealership to address this issue and low an behold today 04:30 @ -27C no windchill,plugged in for 4hours prior it failed to start. Batteries are 10 months old 850cc. First time it's let me down. I get some decent service here but my last experience I had to inform them of the lastest TSB on the front springs. Hope I do not have to bring them up to speed again. Update here just picked my truck up they ran TSB 09-24-3 which did not improve the starting issue, did more tests and replaced a faulty FICM and reprogramed the computer. Fired right up and sounds a whole lot better. Hat is off to this dealership, I did not buy this truck from them nor did I buy my first (2003 used ) but they have come forward on all my issues.Looking forward to maybe a 2010, see how things go.
