Thank you in advance for anyone's help.

Some vehicles with leather-wrapped steering wheels may exhibit the leather coming loose from the spoke area.
ACTION:
Apply Motorcraft Instant Gel Adhesive to re-adhere the loose leather to the wheel spoke. Refer to the following Service Procedure.
SERVICE PROCEDURE
NOTE: IF RE-ADHERING LEATHER TO THE FRONT SIDE OF THE STEERING WHEEL ONLY, OMIT STEPS 1 AND 6. STEERING WHEEL/AIRBAG ASSEMBLY REMOVAL IS NECESSARY ONLY WHEN REPAIRING LOOSE LEATHER ON THE BACKSIDE OF THE STEERING WHEEL.
CAUTION: AVOID SKIN CONTACT WITH TA-19 ADHESIVE.
Remove the steering wheel (ONLY NECESSARY TO REPAIR BACKSIDE OF STEERING WHEEL). Refer to Workshop Manual Sections 211-04 and 501-20B.
Fold loose leather out of the way.
Apply Motorcraft Instant Gel Adhesive (TA-19) evenly over the wheel spoke.
Fold the leather back into its original position.
Smooth the leather, tuck in for neat appearance, and apply pressure until the leather is bonded to the wheel spoke (apply pressure for at least 30 seconds).
NOTE: THE ADHESIVE SHOULD BE COMPLETELY SET AFTER 5 MINUTES. DO NOT PULL ON THE REPAIR AREA.
Reinstall steering wheel.

The steering wheel issue does not apply to my problem... mine is that the color and/or leather is wearing thin or smooth in spots after 39,000 miles.
The seatbelt issue I have sort of noticed, but since I am over the 3/36000, they will not fix for free (or my problem isn't worth the hassel and calling in a favor).
Thanks again,
Jeff
That is perzactly why I quit getting leather in my Ford trucks. Not happy with wearability in my last three. Seats or sterring wheel cover.
I got this tip from an auto detailing tip in HOT ROD magazine many years ago.

No 6.0L truck.... then you need to admin on the "I walk to work" forum... he, he, he...
This is the 6.0L forum and there will be no trolling here by non-6.0's..., but when your new truck comes in... we'll welcome you back.
Walking is good for you... but you'll never catch me doing it as long as I have my 6.0L Excursion... haven't walked since I turned 16 years old and found women dig guys with cars... more than those without them!!!
When does the new truck come in?

Petroleum will eventually crack the leather. Notice they tell you to be RELIGIOUS...if you arent' it will dry out and crack.
1st choice:
Zymol leather conditioner (squeezie bottle, whitish yellow banana-smelling stuff.)
Use Blue magic cleaner in between conditionings. Don't use much of either.
2nd choice
Blue magic leather cleaner and conditioner (separate products)
3rd choice:
Lexol leather conditioner and cleaner (separate products)
I owned a detail shop for awhile...used near everything short term and long term.
Stay away from excessive petroleum and neatsfoot oils. They will eventually dry it out.
Don't even THINK about armor all vinyl stuff or any of that stuff =o)
Armor-All leather wipes are actually "ok" for quickies.....but they must specifically be the leather wipes.

Sorta wish I had leather in the truck. I like the cloth seats, but I'm looking for some nice seat covers for the 04' style 40/20/40 seats. They're already showing some messiness from the boys in soccer cleats.
To get back to the original post, where do I find TSB and recall information? I've tried the link from FTE, but there always seems to be a database issue.
